 What if I am on Version 4?

If you are on version 4 you will need to review the Upgrading to 5 process, complete acceptance testing and obtain a license file from your Account Manager prior to commencing the upgrade.

After ten years of managing all of our clients with a home grown client portal, we've finally outgrown it and are now pleased to introduce our new client portal, My Author-it!

Current Issues

We are pleased to report all issues with the new portal should now be resolved. If you do however, have difficulties in logging in, or acccessing specific areas of My Author-it, please contact the support team at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it for further advice and assistance.

 Existing Clients?

If you are an existing client, you will still be able to log in using your current login id and password, and will have direct access to the Knowledge Center, as well as the latest product downloads.

Additionally, you will still be able to log support cases and monitor the progress of these cases.

New to Author-it?

If you are new to Author-it, you will firstly need to register and we will then contact you regarding your requirements. Once this process has been completed you will be able to download a product evaluation, log support cases and access the Knowledge Center.
